Our dedicated reptile care and mission
We primarily assist snakes such as ball pythons and other commonly kept pet species, while welcoming select reptiles when space, experience, and resources permit. Each animal receives species-appropriate housing, nutrition, environmental conditions, enrichment, and medical treatment to restore their well-being before placement into vetted adoptive homes or appropriate long-term care.
Education, guidance, and emergency support
Beyond surrenders and adoptions, we offer pet reptile education, husbandry guidance, emergency assistance for captive pets when resources allow, and practical support for owners working through care challenges. Please note that we are not licensed wildlife rehabilitators and cannot accept or remove native wild snakes or native wildlife; for wild animals, we can direct you to licensed wildlife rehabilitators or wildlife professionals.
Intake guidelines and surrender process
Our ability to accept an animal depends on species, health, space, enclosure requirements, legal regulations, and specialized care needs. Because certain large, dangerous, or highly regulated species may exceed our current capacity, always contact us before transporting any reptile. When reaching out, please include species details, approximate age, size, health conditions, temperament, current enclosure setup, surrender reasons, and clear photos to help us evaluate intake.
